CONTEMI HIRES HEAD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN EUROPE TO BOLSTER CLIENT SERVICE

Contemi Solutions, a leading IT solutions provider to insurers, wealth managers and brokers, has hired Nicholas Owen as Head of Professional Services for Europe.

Based in the UK, Nicholas will be leading solutions delivery and customer services across all Contemi products in Europe, with a focus on building customer value and success in the region.

Nicholas will report to Kean Williams, Executive Director Global Operations, Contemi, who commented, “As we take pride in developing client-centric solutions and building strong partnerships with our clients, we are delighted to further strengthen our customer success team by bringing Nicholas onboard. He has vast experience in delivering large-scale financial services transformation projects in the region. We’re excited to have him lead the teams dedicated to focus firmly on project delivery and excellent support to our clients.”

Prior to Contemi, Nicholas was global Head of Professional Services at CoreFiling, providing IT consulting and services to UK and international client base including public sector regulators, standards boards and financial service institutions. He brings 10 years of experience in delivering professional services for financial regulatory reporting across the tax, insurance and banking sectors.

His varied career has given him an understanding of the daily pain points and challenges clients face.
